EUROPEAN UNION with the participation of the following French ministries: / Euro- Mediterranean Information Society-Sector 3, the Euro-Mediterranean Partnership
– Ministère de la Culture et de la Communication (The Ministry of    Culture and Communication);
– Ministère des Affaires Etrangères (The Ministry of Foreign Affairs);
– Ministère du Tourisme (The Ministry of Tourism).

The project seeks to develop a multilingual and multimedia information system that comprises consistent units of numeric resources regarding the Euro-Mediterranean cultural heritage and ethical tourism that would serve as a portal for cultural tourism in the Mediterranean region.

 - To support cooperation projects between the European Union and the Mediterranean countries.
 - To encourage the expansion of the information society.
