The 'Egypt in the Cartographic Heritage (1595-1840 A.D.) ' : from the Collection of the National Library of Egypt, contains rare historical maps of great importance pertaining to Egypt. It is the first publication of the series bearing the same title, aiming to raise the awareness of the public towards the importance of this type of documentary heritage.
